Understanding payment cycles and how contributors get paid
Orvion Studio pays contributors for successfully completed and approved work on the platform. Payments are processed weekly after tasks pass the required Quality Assurance (Q/A) review.
Understanding how the payment system works will help you track when your work is reviewed and when you can expect to receive payment.
Payments on Orvion Studio are processed once every week on Thursday.
Only tasks that have successfully passed the Quality Assurance (Q/A) process are eligible for payment.
Before payments are issued, all submitted tasks go through a Quality Assurance review to ensure project guidelines and accuracy requirements are met.
During the review process, submissions may be:

It is important to understand that the Payment Cycle and the Q/A Cycle are separate processes.
The Q/A team reviews submitted tasks to verify quality and accuracy. The time required for review may vary depending on:
Payments are processed every Thursday, but only for tasks that have already been approved by the Q/A system.
Because these cycles are separate, tasks submitted during the same week may be paid in different weeks depending on when they are approved.
Monday — Tasks are submitted.
Tuesday–Wednesday — The Q/A team reviews submissions.
Wednesday — Tasks are approved.
Thursday — Payment for approved tasks is processed.
If approval happens after the payment cutoff, payment will be processed in the following Thursday cycle.
To receive payment, the following conditions must be met:
